I helped develop the newly formed Austin, Texas hub of the Sunrise Movement and organize this direct action in solidarity with global youth-led climate strikes. We hosted an art build to make signs and banners with stencils, acrylic paint, and spray paint. We organized a rally at Austin City Hall and then marched to Austin Energy to demand a transition to 100% renewable energy by 2027.
